At Moffett Road Veterinary Clinic, we are dedicated to providing top-notch care for your beloved pets. Our mission is to ensure the health and happiness of every animal that walks through our doors. Located in Mobile, Alabama, we have been serving the community for years with a team of kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable staff who truly care for the pets they see.
Our clinic offers a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of your pets. We specialize in general surgery and some orthopedic procedures, including spay, neuter, and cruciate repair. Before any surgery, we recommend bloodwork to evaluate the overall health of your pet, ensuring their safety under anesthesia. For pets that are sick or injured, we provide thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatments either as outpatients or hospitalized in our clinic.
We also offer routine teeth cleanings for pets with tartared teeth, utilizing advanced digital radiography for X-rays. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to perform various tests such as intestinal parasite exams, heartworm tests, feline leukemia and FIV tests, complete blood counts, electrolytes, and basic blood chemistries to evaluate liver and kidney functions.
In addition to medical services, we provide boarding facilities where all pets are kept indoors in air-conditioned and heated kennels. Cats are separated from the dog kennel, and dogs are let outside three times a day for exercise. We feed Hill's Science Diet or your own food if requested, and we can administer medications if needed.
Our bathing services are available Monday through Friday, with pets needing to be dropped off before 9:00 AM and picked up after 3:00 PM. We take pride in our ability to provide personalized care tailored to each pet's unique needs.
