Taralin was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and has always had a deep love for animals. Growing up on Safari’s and volunteering at a local zoo, around some of the most dangerous large animals, she always knew working with them was something she wanted to do. She graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College with an Assoicates Degree in Math and Physics and plans on continuing her education at University of Nevada, Reno in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation. She currently parents a dog named Sam, snake named Penpen and hedgehog named Rolo. She hopes to someday own her own mini farm because you cannot farm pet Giraffes. Her hobbies include traveling, camping, hiking and paddleboarding whenever given the opportunity.
