Kim was born and raised in West Michigan. She spent the first part of her career working in human medicine before taking some time off and rejoining the workforce in veterinary medicine. She has attended both Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Western Michigan University. Kim started at AAC as an Assistant/Receptionist in the fall of 2020 and was promoted to Practice Manager in August 2021. She lives on a lake in Gobles with her husband and daughter. When she’s not busy making sure things are running smoothly at the Clinic, she enjoys hunting, fishing, Jeeping, movies, reading, writing, traveling, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, as well as helping her husband convert their 40 acres into a hobby farm. Her kids and grandson are what bring her the most joy in life. Besides her human family, Kim is a dog mom to Gunner (a Chocolate Lab) and Cap (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who she adopted from a local rescue.
