Animal Acupuncture WestsideDr. Fredric Schlesinger has been a licensed practicing veterinarian since 1984 and owned a practice in Coram, NY from 1986 until 2003. He served on the Executive Board of the Long Island Veterinary Medical Association (LIVMA) from 1992 through 1997. Dr. Schlesinger chaired the Continuing Education Committee for two years as Vice President and then served as President of LIVMA from 1995-1996. He is IVAS Certified and Chi University Certified in Food Therapy. Dr. Schlesinger has been a source of knowledge and has assisted in a better understanding of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, which allows him to better serve his patients [citation][4].
