Dr. Sarno joined the Animal Talk team in May 2022. He was born and raised in Southeast Missouri and found a love for animals at a young age. It was during his time at the University of Missouri that he met Dr. Jacob Lucas and Amanda. Dr. Sarno graduated in 2015 along with Dr. Lucas from the University of Missouri’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He decided to take a job in Las Vegas, NV. Shortly after moving there, he met his future wife Jessica. Prior to moving back to Missouri, he spent a year in Wisconsin in a small animal emergency and critical care internship. Dr. Sarno had a standing offer for a position here at Animal Talk, so when Dr. Sarno and his wife decided they wanted to raise their children in the Midwest, the St. Charles area made perfect sense. Dr. Sarno’s professional areas of interest include ultrasound, emergency, oncology, and neurology. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the keyboard for the worship team at church, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family. His family includes his wife Jessica and their two daughters, Hadalynn and Emeri. His four-legged children include Luka a Siberian Husky, Rue a Chihuahua, and Mr. Edgar the cat.
