Sarah was born and raised in a small town north of San Francisco. She grew up with dogs, cattle, sheep, goats, llamas, and buffalo. At the age of 10, Sarah started riding horses and absolutely fell in love with them, which started her in training horses. She trained horses for 5 years while she was in high school and after she graduated. During this time, Sarah realized she was more interested in the medical aspect of animals, so she went to college and got her license as a certified Veterinary Technician in 2015. Sarah worked with small animals for 10 years, then moved to Elkton, Oregon, and found Bailey Veterinary Clinic. Here she is now, hoping to fulfill her dreams of working with horses medically. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors from hiking, rafting, backpacking, to kayaking, gardening, and exploring her property in Elkton where she is hoping to homestead and be self-sufficient [citation].
