Dr. Megan Moore was born and raised in Waldwick, NJ. She earned her undergraduate degree in animal science from the University of Rhode Island, her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2018, and completed her clinical year at North Carolina State University in January of 2019. In addition to being Fear Free Certified, Dr. Moore has been trained in working with exotics and pocket pets as well as wildlife rehabilitation. While loving all areas of Veterinary Medicine, she finds special interest in dentistry as well as theriogenology (reproduction). She exudes enthusiasm and love for her work which is evident in every interaction she has with her patients.
When not at work, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with her dog Mookie and cat Sunny and can often be found laughing in the company of her friends and family. Her two favorite vacation spots are Adirondack, NY and Wilmington, NC where she can enjoy some of the things she loves most; boating, ATV’ing, and snowmobiling.
