Joy Becker is originally from Plano, TX. She earned her Bachelor’s of Animal Science from Texas A&M University. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. After graduation, Dr. Becker practiced in Ocala, FL for a year before moving to Lexington in 2020. Dr. Becker enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but is passionate about dentistry, preventative care, and client education. In her spare time, she is outdoors staying active with her husband, son, and two dogs [citation].
