Karissa attended Nevada Union High School and has been in the veterinary field for 6 years. She grew up loving animals on a farm. Her love for animals started when she attended an ROP program in high school and she has never looked back since. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going outdoors, and occasionally visiting the coast because she loves the ocean. She currently has two young boys and three dogs [citation].
