Judith Charpentier graduated from the University of Montreal in Canada in 1997 and relocated to Florida in 1998. She enjoys surgical procedures on both cats and dogs and takes special interest in urinary cases and feline medicine. She lives in Largo with her son and daughter and multiple cats
