It sounds like an easy question, but it's more complex than many of us realize. We care about these little guys and welcome them into our lives and our families for a reason. Life can be stressful and complicated, and our pets are there for us though thick and thin. They put a smile on our faces when we need it. It's a mutual bond that runs deep.
Yes, this is a very important quality to have. There are the obvious things like making sure patients get the correct medication, dose, and treatments. It also extends to doing quality control on our in-house lab, testing our x-ray equipment, plus regulatory issues. There are a lot of things the technicians and doctors have to focus on, but this all ensures you get the best care for your pet.

We do our best to be friendly and caring, of course But in addition to that, we try to call our sick patients the following day to make sure they are OK. We also try to call the parents of our surgery patients to give them an update during the day before they come to pick them up. We also call with lab results and for other reasons. It's important to stay in touch
