Crystal has been working at Companion Animal Dental Services since January, 2023. She has a BS in Biology and Marine Science from the University of Tampa. Crystal always knew she wanted to work with animals, so she started volunteering, working with animals at a local museum and a local horse barn, when she was 12 years old. She had the time of her life doing a week-long internship with the aquarium at the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo during her senior year of high school. She worked as a dog bather and then a professional groomer before finding her place in small animal veterinary medicine in 2013. After cross-training from receptionist to kennel assistant to veterinary assistant and finally veterinary technician, Crystal realized her passion for anesthesia and dentistry and found herself here. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her husband, pets, and friends [citation][3].
