Dr. Eric Kane is a 2003 graduate of UC Davis Veterinary School. He was a 1993 graduate of Oak Park High School and went on to graduate with a BS in Animal Science (pre-vet) from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1998. Dr. Kane joined Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital in 2015 and has since dedicated much time, energy, and devotion to helping the dogs and cats of the community. He initially dabbled in exotic medicine but has a lifelong passion and interest in dogs and cats, offering his medical and surgical services exclusively for those pets. Dr. Kane has a wife, kids, and a little dog who are his world away from CVVH. He tries to stay fit for health and happiness, enjoys playing guitar and singing, and likes to watch TV and movies. He also stays current with regional and world events. With 20 years of practical experience, Dr. Kane brings a mix of old school and new school approaches, keeping up to date through continuing education and the knowledge of his colleagues and vet team members [citation]. He is available on Monday, Fridays, and Saturdays by appointment only, and he performs scheduled surgeries on Tuesdays. Any other limited availability would be through direct Dr. approval[1].
