Dr. Judie Walker was raised in Loraine, IL. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Illinois State University. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Dr. Walker has special interests in preventative medicine, surgery, canine reproduction, and client education. She currently lives in Hilbert with her husband and their five Persian cats, Blizzie, Belmont, Truffles, Morsel, and Mai Tai. They also have a Tennessee Walking Horse named Pokey, a Missouri Foxtrotter named Smokey, and a standardbred Kentucky Mt. Cross named Whiskey. She enjoys horseback riding, camping, bowling, snowmobiling, and fishing [citation].
