Dr. Chad Anema graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Upon graduation, he moved to Bakersfield, California and practiced there for 3 years. In 2006, Dr. Anema moved back to the Midwest and started Dunes Animal Hospital. Dr. Anema and his wife, Corina, have two sons, Ethan and Luke. The family dog is Ellie, a yellow lab that they adopted from Noah's Hope Animal Rescue. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Anema enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing, and watching his sons' sporting events [citation].
