Originally from South Africa, Tamara moved to western Massachusetts in 2002. She went to Hampshire College for her undergraduate degree, where she focused on pre-veterinary coursework and equine studies. She founded and captained the equestrian team (IHSA), and did her senior thesis on Lyme disease in horses. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Cornell University in 2013. She completed an extended internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Saratoga, New York before moving to New Hampshire in 2014 to work at a small animal practice. Dr. Raidoo received her training in animal Chiropractics from ACES in Texas and has been providing Chiropractic services since 2019. She is a member of the NHVMA and AVMA. Tamara joined the Edgefield team in 2018. She now lives in New York but still returns to work with us here in NH. She has two goats "Gwen" & "Evelyn", two horses "Dr. Mulligan" & "Folly", a dog "Penelope", and a cat "Olaf". In her free time she enjoys riding and training her horses, baking, eating lobster, reading, gardening, and quilting [citation].
