Erin has been a technician for 8 years. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2015, with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. Erin has always been an animal lover and wouldn’t want a career doing anything else. Her two biggest passions are critical care nursing and surgery. She enjoys providing compassionate care to hospitalized patients by supporting them with high-quality nursing care. Seeing patients improve while staying with us is one of her greatest rewards. She also enjoys all aspects of surgery, from monitoring anesthesia to helping patients recover. When Erin is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Evan, and their Golden Retriever, Ellie, and cat, Marco. They love spending time at the beach, and skiing in the winter. They are so glad they get to call Maine their home ‘I liked being able to fix things on the spot in the emergency center and rising to an immediate challenge – yet I want to work where I can develop long-term relationships with clients and pets as well. Ideally, I also wanted a practice with several other doctors on board where we could share the tough cases and learn from one another. I feel fortunate to have found all this here in Falmouth.’ [citation]
