Geraline T. Arroyo was born and raised in north New Jersey. She attended MCPHS University in Boston where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and Health Studies. She then went to veterinary school at the University of Missouri where she helped rehabilitate birds of prey, organize symposiums, and traveled internationally for veterinary conservation work. Her professional interests include exotics, pathology, nutrition, and radiology.
