Emily joined Greenfield in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from over a decade in the veterinary field. Since 2012, she has worked in general practice for five years and then moved into veterinary research. Missing the daily interaction with patients, she returned to general practice at Greenfield. Emily is both a licensed veterinary technician and a registered laboratory animal technologist (RLATG), currently working towards her certification in lab animal behavior.
Emily has special interests in pocket pets, exotics, and dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, listening to true crime podcasts, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. She lives with her husband and their own little furry and scaly zoo, which includes five rescue cats, a crazy boxer named Georgia, a bearded dragon named Kitten, and two large freshwater fish tanks. Emily’s diverse expertise and passion for animal care make her a vital Greenfield team member [citation].
