Dr. Stephen W. Grigsby is a native of Brevard County. After graduating from Cocoa Beach High School, he traveled to Auburn University where he received his bachelors in Animal and Dairy Sciences in 1991. He attended Tuskegee University in Alabama where he received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Upon completion of Veterinary school, he returned home to work in the Rockledge-Melbourne areas. He is the past President and Vice President of the Brevard County Veterinary Medical Association, past Chairman of the Animal Services "Dangerous Dog" Committee, as well as a member of the B.C.V.M.A. Rabies Tag Committee. Dr. Grigsby enjoys working on dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, reptiles, and exotics, as well as helping out at the Florida Wildlife Hospital whenever possible [citation].
