Dr. Bryce Hauschildt graduated from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine and completed his pre-clinical training in St. Kitts, West Indies. His clinical rotations were done at Louisiana State University. He started Jefferson Veterinary Hospital in 2003. Dr. Hauschildt has focused his studies exclusively on small animal practice, with a personal interest in behavioral science. He appreciates that his patients are much more than a chart with a name, and realizes that owners have deep feelings for their pets and their well-being. When he is not working, you can find him trimming bonsais, golfing, out in the woods, or at home with his wife and two daughters. Together they have a dog, Mazie, and a cat, Doolin [citation]. Dr. Hauschildt has been practicing veterinary medicine in Upstate New York since 1998 and supervises the Jefferson Veterinary team[2].
