Dr. Verenisse Marron was born and raised in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. She moved to the US to start college at Cal Poly Pomona. After graduating, she began working as a veterinary assistant in San Diego, which motivated her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Marron went to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, a small island in the Caribbean. Her veterinarian career started in 2019. She has two dogs- an eight-year-old Dachshund mix (Chewbarka) and a one-year-old Dachshund (Lyra). She enjoys long walks with her dogs around the trails or the beach/marina when she is not at work. During the summer, she enjoys paddle boarding. She also enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and reading romance/fantasy books. Dr. Marron is excited to work at LFAC and continue improving her veterinarian skills [citation].
