Dr. Landeo grew up in the busy and highly populated city of Lima in Peru. He studied Animal Science in Peru and Biology at UW – Eau Claire. Dr. Landeo graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Veterinary Medicine with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and joined the LVC team in 2022. Dr. Landeo has special interest in dairy medicine, production medicine, and small ruminant medicine. Dr. Landeo is also fluent in Spanish and English is his second language. Outside work, Dr. Landeo and his family enjoy traveling and outdoor activities, especially kayaking and hiking. He currently resides in rural Poynette with his wife Brook, their son Christopher, and their new baby Sara. They have a small farmette that is home to 12 alpacas that are used for show and fiber production, their dog Rocky, and some free-range chickens.
