Dr. Ned Horowitz has been in practice since 1987 and is the proud owner of Massapequa Pet Vet since 1996. He is a graduate of Glasgow University Veterinary School, with a BVMS degree and is a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Horowitz works with dogs, cats, and all exotic species of pets and has special interests in surgery, exotics, and dentistry. As the medical director of Pet Vet and through years of education and training, he has dedicated himself to veterinary care, surgery, and continued education.
