Dr. Adi Chatow was born and raised in Israel and moved with her family to California when she was in high school. After finishing her undergraduate Biological Sciences degree, she worked for tech start-ups in San Francisco and later in New York City. Returning to her childhood dream, Dr. Adi then attended UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May 2022. Dr. Adi moved with her husband to New Orleans where she began working for Metairie Small Animal Hospital. They live in the Bywater with their Black Mouth Cur mutt, Skooner, and their cat, Pita Pocket. Dr. Adi is a private pilot and in her free time she enjoys flying around to discover new travel destinations. She is also a core member and a pilot at Amelia Air Animal Rescue, a non-profit organization that rescues pets from overcrowded areas or disasters by flying them to safety [citation].
