Jackie has been a veterinary technician since 1987. She was certified in 2001 and has been with Mid-State Mobile Veterinary Clinic since we began the service in 2005. Jackie lives in Sterling with her partner, Jerry, and furry friends: greyhound Shorty and cat Gillie. When she's away from Mid-State's "vet van," Jackie enjoys gardening, hiking, motorcycles, and exercising. She spends most of her time supporting Dr. Bianco by working on the road caring for patients, and she has worked in many aspects of the field of Veterinary Medicine since 1991, with experience in both small and large animal veterinary medicine, including veterinary management, infection control, and emergency and shelter medicine [citation].
