Dr. Paul S. Carroll was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He went to school at OSU and graduated with honors. He has been serving the Dallas area for 24 years. He currently runs his own practice six days a week. He has a Golden named Charlie and a cute French Bulldog named Gidget [citation].
