Diane graduated from U.C.'s Veterinary Technician program in 1979. She has worked for Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital for over 25 years. After graduation, she worked in medical research – first at Children’s Hospital and then at U.C.’s College of Pharmacy for 12 years. At one time, she showed dogs – cocker spaniels and then golden retrievers with hopes to breed them. Unfortunately, that dream has been on hold while she raised three children. When she chose this career, Diane’s intention was always to work with pets and their families. Mt Pleasant has allowed her to use her skills and experience to the fullest. She currently has a cocker spaniel named Charlie and two cats, Tabitha and Pyewacket [citation].
