Dr. Rita Miller is a board-certified veterinary specialist in small animal internal medicine. She earned her DVM from the University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Her training also includes completion of a small-animal medicine and surgery internship at the University of Guelph in Canada and a master’s degree from the Ohio State University.
