Jaclyn has been passionate about animals since childhood, initially caring for her pets and discovered her true calling as a veterinary technician, finding joy in directly caring for and treating animals. Her journey began with volunteer work at a cat annex in Sierra Vista during the Monument Fire in 2006. The experience inspired her to pursue her education at Pima Community College, earning her veterinary assisting certificate in 2016 and graduating from the veterinary technology program in 2019. Jaclyn returned to OGAH in 2023, where she had previously worked in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her pit bull, cats, and ball python, and has her 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo – which she practiced for 10 years
