Dr. James Noblett graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2013 and the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. He always loved animals and went through school with the mindset of becoming a veterinarian. He enjoyed learning about small and large animals during his veterinary studies and initially pursued equine practice following graduation. However, he decided to transition into small animal practice so he could have more flexibility in his personal life. One of his favorite things to do as a veterinarian is come up with diagnostic and treatment plans for a wide variety of medical cases. He also enjoys developing bonds with the pets he cares for, and their owners. Dr. Noblett has 3 dogs, Ollie (black Lab mix), Cooper (Pit Bull terrier mix), and Lily (Pit Bull terrier), and 2 horses, an Appendix named Blaze and a miniature horse named Tinkerbelle. In his free time, his favorite activities include scuba diving, landscape and underwater photography, hiking, and reading [citation].
