Dr. Merrigan is a 2006 graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and has been living in Alaska since she graduated. She has 10 years of experience in emergency medicine and surgery. Her veterinary interests include surgery and working up complicated medical cases. She has been with Ravenwood starting first as a relief veterinarian in 2013, moving to full time in 2018, and eventually to practice owner in 2020. Keeping Ravenwood locally owned is a top priority for Dr. Merrigan. Outside of work, she enjoys running and hiking with her dogs, cooking beautiful food, and gardening [citation].
