Gina has been part of the Ridgewood team since 2011. She grew up in Bedford County and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Animal and Poultry Sciences. She later received her degree in Veterinary Technology in 2003. She began her career in veterinary as a kennel attendant in 1997 at a small animal hospital, where she later met her husband. She has enjoyed opportunities working at the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine as well as other small animal facilities in Virginia. Gina enjoys all aspects of the veterinary hospital, but has strong interests in client education, animal behavior, and critter cuddling. She and Dr. Lane enjoy spending time with their three human children, and countless fur-babies [citation].
