Emerald Morrow brings a year of experience and a passion for helping animals thrive. Having previously worked at the Spay and Neuter Clinic at The Greenville Humane Society, Emerald entered the veterinary field inspired by her “heart dog” and the desire to make a difference in pets’ lives. Her commitment to learning and her love for animals motivate her to provide compassionate care for every patient. In her role, Emerald assists doctors and technicians in all aspects of veterinary care, working hard to support the team while expanding her own knowledge and skills. Her goal is to be a resource to both pets and their families, helping pets live their healthiest lives and making every visit as stress-free as possible. With her warm approach and eagerness to learn, she’s an integral part of the River Oak Vet team. Outside of work, Emerald enjoys traveling and exploring national and state parks, with a goal to visit every park in the U.S. She loves camping, hiking, paddleboarding, photography, and spending time with family, friends, and her own pets: Abi, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever; Reese, a 2-year-old Blue Heeler; Chevy, an 8-year-old hound mix; and Chips, a domestic shorthair with a talent for tricks. One of her bucket list dreams is to go noodling, adding adventure to her love for the outdoors [citation].
