Phil Gill, a Nebraska native, joined Riverside Animal clinic in 1997 upon earning his DVM degree at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys working with all species but has a special interest in small ruminants. In his free time, Phil enjoys hunting, fishing, and working with his small flock of sheep. Phil lives on an acreage outside of Springfield with his wife Phlayne and son Jakob. His daughter Mikayla is attending ISU to become a veterinarian as well [citation].
