Megan Alexander earned her DVM from North Carolina State University and joined SVMC shortly thereafter in 2005. Since then, she has provided an exceptional level of care to her patients while never losing sight on the human-animal relationship and bond. Her interests include general surgery, geriatric medicine, and continuous learning in order to provide the best possible service. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, 3 dogs, and 2 fish. She is a member of the AVMA [citation].
