Dr. Lexi Muniz Brandenburg is excited to be the new owner of The Veterinary Center at Hunter's Crossing. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, and also completed her undergraduate work at UF while competing on the Track and Field team. Dr. Brandenburg is proud to be a Gator; her roots run deep in Gainesville. Her grandfather was a psychiatry professor at UF and the Chief of Psychiatry at the VA Hospital in Gainesville, and her dad is a graduate of the College of Engineering. Although she enjoyed working in Keystone Heights since graduating, Dr. Brandenburg is fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning her own veterinary clinic in Gainesville. She looks forward to serving her community through excellent care and down-to-earth communication, while treating clients and their pets with compassion. Dr. Brandenburg resides in the vicinity of the Veterinary Center at Hunter's Crossing with her husband, Bud, and their two dogs. She has shown horses since a very young age and continues to do so with her horse, Pete. When she's not preparing for a horse show, Dr. Brandenburg spends her free time playing kickball and soccer, biking, jogging, and going to Gator football games. She and Bud also love to travel and to experience diverse local cuisine. Dr. Brandenburg looks forward to meeting you and your pets [citation].
