Dr. Kelly Lechtenberg is a Nebraska native who graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Over the past 20 years, he has dedicated his career to the enhancement of animal health and the people who care for them. He has created several different businesses to support his mission, including Midwest Veterinary Services, Central States Research Center, Veterinary Biomedical Research Center, and Logan Valley Feeders. Dr. Lechtenberg used to joke with his daughter about opening a "cat practice" together after graduating veterinary school. That day came in the summer of 2016 when TimberCreek Veterinary Hospital was born. Dr. Lechtenberg was selected as the 2005 Alumni Fellow for the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University [citation][4].
