After earning her DVM from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, she moved to the Denver, Colorado area to begin her career. While working at a busy emergency hospital there, she helped expand that practice from a four-doctor general day practice to a nine-doctor, 24-hour general and emergency facility. Dr. Nash is also certified in veterinary acupuncture and has a special interest in internal medicine and geriatric care.
After moving to Lakeland and purchasing Turkey Creek Animal Hospital in 2011, Dr. Nash fell in love with this community, her clients, and her patients. Her family includes two daughters, two sons, three dogs, two cats, and the occasional fish. She spends her free time outside enjoying distance running, hiking, boating, or anything that involves family and friends [citation][5].
