Jonathan Young hails from south eastern Connecticut and grew up hiking and backpacking up and down New England, engendering a deep love for the Green Mountain State. Jon's commitment to animal health and welfare was fostered at a small organic farm outside Boston where he learned to love all species and find joy in their wellbeing. Jon pursued his DVM at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and joined a mixed animal practice here in Vermont. With a desire to focus his craft, Jon joined Veremedy to hone in on small animal nutrition, preventative medicine, and enhancing the human-animal bond.
