Dr. James Massaro and Dr. Janet Lipman together own the Village Veterinary Hospital and have each practiced small animal medicine and surgery for over 35 years. They very much enjoy living and practicing in the wonderful community of Medford, NJ, where they have raised their two sons. They both grew up in New York but attended different colleges; Dr. Massaro graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey and Dr. Lipman graduated from Tufts University in Massachusetts. They met as classmates at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduated in 1986, and married each other that same year. As husband and wife, colleagues, and partners in practice, they share their passion for veterinary medicine. They are dedicated to providing the very best care to the pets that are entrusted to them and the personal attention that the families of their patients deserve. Outside of the office, they enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with their sons, two dogs, and three 'grand-kitties'. [citation]
