Dr. George Cattiny worked as an extern at the Monmouth Racetrack with Kettner and Kenny. He then went on to an externship in oncology and exotics at the Animal Medical Center in 1994. In 1995, Dr. Cattiny worked at the Pompton Lakes Animal Hospital, and no less than a year and a half later, took on ownership of the practice in 1997. Since that time, Dr. Cattiny has performed tens of thousands of surgical procedures to perfect his technique. In 1998, he began performing Stem Cell and PRP therapy in-house to advance care and better well-being. In 2018, he served as the sole founder and CEO of the Westwood Regional Veterinary Hospital. His interests include advanced diagnostic and surgical modalities, including CT scans, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and advanced surgical laser technology. Dr. Cattiny is constantly pursuing the betterment of healthcare for pets and their family members. In his spare time, he enjoys fly-fishing and spending time outdoors.
