Rena has been in the veterinary field for 16 years. She grew up in Gig Harbor and life has brought her family to several different places across the U.S. Most recently she lived in Las Vegas, where she spent 4 years working in a feline-only practice. This experience helped to fuel her love of cats. She is passionate about helping families understand the sometimes complex relationship and needs of their feline companions. She understands that knowledge about feline-specific needs helps families better care for them and improve everyone's life Rena's furry family consists of 4 cats and one German Shepherd (all rescues).
