About Us
At All About Animals Rescue, our mission is to end pet homelessness, suffering, and unnecessary euthanasia. Founded in 2005, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost to no-cost spay/neuter, wellness care, and Trap Neuter Return (TNR) community cat management services in Auburn Hills, Detroit, Flint, and Warren, Michigan.
Our focus is on ensuring that every pet has a loving home. We achieve this through a comprehensive range of services, including spay/neuter surgeries, wellness clinics, and TNR programs. Our clinics offer a variety of essential services such as heartworm tests, vaccinations, flea and tick treatments, and dental exams. We also provide microchipping and other preventative care measures to keep pets healthy and safe.
One of our key initiatives is the Spay Michigan hotline, which helps families across Michigan find the nearest low-cost spay/neuter provider. Additionally, our Pets For Life Detroit program strengthens the human-pet bond by providing free pet care resources and veterinary care to pet parents in targeted areas. This includes sterilization, vaccination, microchipping, and feeding, ensuring that pets live better lives.
We utilize a network of foster homes to give unwanted pets a safe place until their forever home is found. Our Trap Neuter Return program has trained over 5,000 people on best practices in trapping and colony cat care, resulting in the sterilization of over 84,000 outdoor free-roaming community/feral cats. This effort effectively prevents countless cats from enduring the tragic cycle of reproduction, suffering, and shelter euthanasia.
