Our clinic was founded in 1987 by Dr. Cary Thompson, and over the years, we have grown to become a trusted and compassionate veterinary care provider in the Rockford community. Our team, led by Dr. Jim Buhl and Dr. Alicia Guarino, is committed to delivering exceptional client service and veterinary healthcare. With over 100 years of combined clinical experience, our staff of doctors, technicians, and receptionists are here to attend to your pet's needs.
We offer a wide range of services, including medical, surgical, and dental care. Our high-tech diagnostics and treatments include ultrasound, Tonopen for glaucoma screening, in-house lab testing, dental x-rays, radiology, and orthopedic/general surgery. We also provide emergency services through our partnership with the Animal Emergency Clinic and offer specialized diagnostic services such as electrocardiography (ECG) and blood pressure testing.
Our focus is on providing the best in healthcare for your pets. We believe that every pet deserves compassionate care and attention to detail. Our preventative health care services include annual physical exams, internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control, microchipping, and specialized blood tests for all life stages.
