At Animal Safe Haven and Adoptions, Inc., we are dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for rescued animals. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit community service rescue organization, we conduct TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) and no-kill animal fostering across Maryland. Our mission is to find forever homes for the animals in our care, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention.
We operate on a 100% volunteer basis, with all proceeds and donations going directly towards the care and welfare of the animals. This includes necessary veterinary expenses, food, housing, care supplies, and other essential needs. We do not receive funding from the county, state, or federal government, relying solely on the generosity of our public supporters and private donors.
Our services include fostering animals with medical or behavioral issues, providing them with a home environment where they can heal and thrive. We also manage online adoption profiles, microchip all animals, and screen potential adopters thoroughly to ensure the best match for both the animal and the adopter. Our foster-to-adopt program allows families to provide temporary care for animals, giving them the chance to see if it is a good match before making a permanent decision.
