About Us
At the Beale Air Force Base Veterinary Treatment Facility, we are dedicated to providing top-notch veterinary care for all government-owned animals and the pets of military families. Our mission is to ensure the health and well-being of these animals, recognizing the importance they hold for their owners.
Our facility is professionally staffed by Army Veterinary Corps personnel who are committed to delivering comprehensive veterinary services. We understand that pets are an integral part of the family, and we strive to offer a wide range of routine care services that cater to their needs. From wellness and sick call examinations to health certificate examinations for domestic and international travel, we provide a variety of essential services.
We also offer specialized services such as AVID ISO microchipping, FAVN-OIE testing for overseas travel, and vaccinations like DA2PP and FVRCP. Additionally, we provide retail products and limited in-house laboratory services, with the option to send out samples for further testing.
While we focus primarily on preventative medicine, we recognize that emergencies can arise. For such situations, we recommend seeking care from full-service civilian veterinary hospitals. Our clinic is committed to providing the best possible care within our capabilities, ensuring that your pet receives the attention they deserve.
We are proud to serve military members, retired active-duty personnel, and their dependents. All pets living on post must be registered with us upon arrival, and on-post housing may have specific regulations regarding the number and breed of pets allowed.
At the Beale Air Force Base Veterinary Treatment Facility, we are committed to providing compassionate and professional care for your beloved pets. We look forward to serving you and your family.
