Family-owned since 1978, we have been dedicated to providing quality veterinary services in a welcoming and professional facility. Established by Dr. Jerry Geffen and his wife Ellen, our mission has always been to serve our clients and patients with honesty, love, and compassion. We truly care about your pet as if he or she is our own.
With the latest veterinary equipment and a well-trained staff, we are able to offer a variety of treatment plans that are assessed based on each unique pet’s needs. Our goal is to help your pet live a happy and healthy life through preventive medicine, including regular exams, immunizations, proper dental care, nutrition, and screening for common diseases. We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy and minimize the lifetime cost of care.
Should your pet develop an illness or injury, we can provide a diagnosis and offer a variety of treatment plans. Our staff is trained to go over exactly what will happen while your pet is with us during sensitive times, ensuring that you are informed and comfortable throughout the process. We offer a range of surgical procedures, including spays and neuters, bladder stone removal, limb amputation, preventive gastropexy, growth removals, and more. Every anesthetic protocol is titrated according to your pet’s age and health, and your pet is always closely monitored with pulse-oximetry and by a veterinary technician throughout surgery.
We also provide advanced diagnostic services with our digital X-ray unit, allowing us to offer more accurate diagnoses and better visual explanations for our clients in a timely manner. Additionally, we offer in-house bloodwork to provide efficient and accurate diagnoses when your pet is sick. Our services include wellness panels, vaccinations, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, allergy treatments, dental cleanings, and cold laser therapy.
