Our clinic has a rich history, dating back to 1971 when it was established by John Parkin DVM. Over the years, we have evolved into a family-based practice, emphasizing education and high-quality preventative medicine.

Our team, led by Dr. Julie Stanek, a 1994 Texas A&M Veterinary School graduate, is committed to staying on top of the latest advances in veterinary technology. We believe in the importance of good nutrition and exercise for maintaining your pet's health year-round. Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including puppy and kitten wellness, senior wellness, lifestyle-appropriate vaccinations, general and elective surgery, dental and minor oral surgery, X-ray services, sports medicine, and class 4 laser therapy.
We pride ourselves on our preventative approach to veterinary medicine. We strive to detect and treat problems early, preventing them from becoming life-altering issues. For example, our preventative medicine includes at-home dental care and routine dental cleanings to prevent dental disease. We also offer joint supplements to prolong joint health, reducing the need for NSAIDs and other medications.
Our clinic is equipped to handle most urgent care situations, with a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week. We understand that emergencies can arise at any time, and we are here to help. Whether it's accidental ingestion of rat poison, being hit by a car, or chocolate ingestion, we are prepared to handle any emergency situation.
