Mackenzie Hallman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the K-State College of Veterinary Medicine. She specializes in Diagnostic Imaging / Radiology and holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, as well as certification from the American College of Veterinary Radiology (DACVR). Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University.
She teaches courses such as VCS 900 – Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging I and VCS 845 – Radiology. Her research interests include all areas of diagnostic imaging, including MRI, computed tomography, ultrasonography, and radiography. Specifically, she is passionate about teaching students, house officers, and new graduates the principles of ultrasound and how to incorporate it into their clinical practice.
